It is an homage to the architectural movement ‘Spanish Colonial Revival’ with origins in Panama over 100 years ago. True to the period, the home features exposed wooden beams, wrought iron banisters, white stucco walls with red tile roof, and imported clay floor tiles. In this case, the clay floor tiles throughout the home were imported from Saltillo, Mexico. This is the only place on earth that makes authentic “Saltillo” tiles. The 20 beautiful stairs circling up the tower were custom made and shipped to Panama- as were the iron wall sconces, chandeliers, candelabras, and much more. The entire home is period-correct in both materials and color palette.
